OK, the cut needs some more concept and rythm and obviously the concept of a musical break is not well understood. But seriously, who cares when seeing these übercute dancers in such absurd locations? Especialy that giant humanoid Snoopy derivative is simply picturesque. A bit late, but better than never. Here ist our little Video of the Elekktroshokk Festival in Adelsheim. Just to keep it complete.

These are the final chapters of our movement’s second year. One week ago we traveled to London and played at the legendary Slimelight. The show was awesome. About 300 spectacular sympathizers attended and showed us that they truly got our message: Do not wait for the action, be the action. The people that truly matter are those that in front of the stage. CyberRED was one of them. For seldom it is possible to pull a backup lead singer from the crowd. Obviously at the Slimelight even that works out. We did not even know that guy before.

So what is left until the end of December? Two shows are, one in Dornbirn, Austria, one in Utrecht, the place where the Straftanz live show was born at summer darkness 2007. Since our most excellent experience in Vienna we expect a lot of our Austrian supporters and we are confident that we will succeed once more in deploying our vision of dance. Utrecht might pose a challenge as it is the third time we play there. Still we know the tremendous energy of the people in the Benelux and with SAM we feel like having a support crew with enough firepower to dare anything.  We feel ready. What about you?

this is an international call to arms. It is time for the next step in our revolutionary efforts. The strongest supporters of our movement were never from germany, but from the distant places. Still the original Straftanz was all about german clubs and events. Revolution by night, our allies from the United Kingdom took the first step in fixing this by creating Straftanz UK. Visit our Myspace profile to listen to this piece of british awesomeness. Do not dare to leave them alone. It is up to you to localize Straftanz.

From this moment forward everyone of our supporters that is willing to remix Straftanz will receive a remix kit to do so. Message us. Describe in at least one sentence where you are from and why you would like to Remix. Every style and Genre is welcome. Industrialize it, gothrock it, medievalize it or just keep the faith. Give us your vision of Straftanz. Do not dare to say you can’t, do not tell us this is too difficult. Just do.

The uttermost lovely Daniela Vorndran kindly posted some visual footage of our most dramatic appearance  at the Club “Matrix” in my Hometown Bochum. You may watch it RIGHT HERE.

Regarding that event: Once again  we where delighted and impressed by the enthusiastic appeal of our audience. We know that we planted the notion of revolution into the hearts of our followers, but to see this tree bearing fruits is downright awesome. Although we love the fact that the people enter our stage, we need to find some policy on how to do that, in order to get it more safe. We will do some sesearch on that and will let you know as soon as we find some results. Also we would like to thank [:SITD:] for being such impressive guest performers at that event.

What else? We still advice you to move yourself to the Reflection Dark Fest tonight in Essen. It is free and it is with [:SITD:]. Got it? Maybe we will meet after that at the Matrix, for I will most probably not attend the party at the Diamond Star.
